Some of these maufacturers include Teadit, Leader Gasket, Durlon, and many others. We can manufacture gaskets out of these materials to fit your specifications. Ameraseal also stocks a large variety of spiral wound gaskets. We have 304 and 316 stainless steel metal inner and outer ring gaskets with your choice of filler material.

We can manufacture custom hose assemblies while you wait. In our Eaton/Weatherhead Port to Port Hose facility we prepare hydraulic hoses in just minutes while you enjoy a cold beverage and some popcorn. Ameraseal is stocking ring joint gaskets in our Port Allen, Louisiana facility along with inventory located in Houston Texas. Please give us a call to fill any of your primary or back up needs. All ring type gaskets supplied are fully approved to API specification 6A THE HIGHEST QUALITY RATING, and ASME B16.20"RTJ" (Ring Type Joint) gaskets are manufactured in accordance with API-6A and ANSI B16.20 specifications. RTJ's have "R" numbers assigned to them for pipe size and pressure class identification. Stock materials include soft iron, low carbon steel, 4-6 chrome (f5), 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 347, Monel, Inconel and Incoloy.
API Ring Joint Gaskets come in two basic types, an oval cross section and an octagonal cross section. These basic shapes are used in pressures up to 10,000 psi. The dimensions are standardized and require specially grooved flanges. The octagonal cross section has a higher sealing efficiency than the oval and would be the preferred gasket. However, only the oval cross section can be used in the old type round bottom groove. The newer flat bottom groove design will accept either the oval or the octagonal cross section.
BX and RX Ring Gaskets
The BX ring gasket differs from the standard oval or octagonal shape in that it is square in cross section and tapers in each corner. BX can only be used in API 6BX flanges. RX ring gaskets are similar in shape to the standard octagonal ring joint gasket but their cross section is designed to take advantage of the contained fluid pressure is effecting a seal. They are both made to API 6A.

Ameraseal stocks a large selection of B7 PTFE coated blue studs and 2H nuts. At all times we maintain sizes 1/2" all the way through 1-3/8" in diameter. When sealing a flange we have all the necessary studs to get the job done.
